EXCLUSIVE: Written Complaint Triggered "Jon & Kate" Investigation

A written complaint triggered a state investigation into Jon & Kate Plus 8 RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry confirmed to RadarOnline.com that there is an active investigation. The investigation centers around child labor laws.
A spokesperson characterized the investigation as "routine."
RadarOnline.com learned that the investigation is being handled by Labor Law Compliance investigators from the Bureau of Personnel. While officials will not identify who lodged the complaint RadarOnline.com learned it is not from any dismissed personnel from the TLC show.
