Jason Lee Parry, who snapped the shot of a provocatively-posed 15-year-old model that's become the centerpiece of a $28 million lawsuit, told Good Morning America Monday he doesn't understand what all the fuss is about.

"I look at it and think, 'This is a really cool shot,'" said Parry, who is named along with three clothing retailers -- most notably Urban Outfitters -- in the suit filed in Manhattan federal court by the model's parents. (They claimed the image, which was snapped in March 2010, was plastered on shirts without their permission, providing fodder for child molesters, and hurting their daughter’s marketability.)

Los Angeles boutique Blood is the New Black claims it was unaware it had been selling shirts of an underage 15-year-old model in a provocative position that's become the centerpiece of a $28 million lawsuit.

As we previously reported, the parents of the model (identified by the New York Post as Hailey Clauson, now 16) filed the suit in New York against photographer Jason Lee Parry and three retail outlets -- Blood Is The New Black, Brandy & Melville and Urban Outfitters.

The parents claim in the lawsuit the image was plastered on shirts without their permission. (Photographer Parry, 32, claims the girl's parents gave him their OK to snap the controversial image and were present when it was taken; and that the image was stolen from him and marketed.)

The model was identified by the New York Post as Hailey Clauson, a 16-year-old based out of Southern California who’s done extensive work in New York and Paris for high-end fashion labels such as Gucci, Donna Karan and Oscar de la Renta.

The picture shows Clauson -- a wiry, 5-foot-11 blonde who was 15-years-old when the photo was taken in March 2010 -- sitting backwards on a motorcycle in what her parents called in court docs a "spread eagle position.”

A group of powerful and wealthy men who were convicted of sex crimes against children in Portugal may prove to be a link to missing Madeleine McCann, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Madeleine disappeared from the Praia da Luz resort where here parents were staying in May, 2007. The British couple, Kate and Gerry McCann, have remained active in the search for their daughter ever since.

Now a prominent attorney in Portugal, who was himself a victim of the pedophilia ring, believes the answer to Madeleine's whereabouts may be at hand.

The ring, an astounding group made up of a doctor, an attorney, a TV host and a former ambassador, among others, was sentenced to jail Friday after being convicted of kidnapping children from state-run orphanages.

But attorney Pedro Namora believes their activities may have extended far beyond orphanages.

"It is possible that those connected with the ring who have not been caught may be involved in Madeleine's disappearance," Namora told the UK's Express newspaper. "I do think detectives should look at the possibility."

Madeleine's parents, who have been closely following the case agree.
