Former President Bill Clinton, appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday, opens up about what he misses most about life as an average Joe, as well as how he learned Osama bin Laden had been captured a year ago.

"What’s the one thing you miss everyday that you wish you could do, that you can’t because of who you are?" she asked Clinton, who served as U.S. President from 1993 until 2001.

President Barack Obama chat with Jay Leno Tuesday about a variety of topics, including his wife’s healthy Halloween treats, his comments that he doesn’t want his daughters watching Keeping up with the Kardashians, and the 2011 deaths of terrorists Muammar Gaddafi and Osama bin Laden.

The president told Leno he thinks First Lady Michelle Obama may have taken her healthy eating crusade for kids too far -- at least for trick or treaters’ tastes!

The First Lady, he said, has "been giving, for the last few years, kids fruit and raisins in the bag.

"And I said, 'The White House is gonna get egged if this keeps up -- you need to throw some candy in there!'"

In what’s being described as a major blow to al Qaeda, Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born radical Islamic cleric said to be a greater danger than Osama bin Laden, has been killed in Yemen, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

“The terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki has been killed along with some of his companions,” the Yemeni defense ministry said in a statement Friday.

Al-Awlaki , who born in New Mexico and went to college in Colorado, was one of al Qaeda’s top leaders and was linked to the terrorist group’s attempted bombing of a U.S. passenger jet over Detroit on Christmas day, 2009.

Shock waves are reverberating at military bases around the country, as 30 families are being informed that their loved ones were killed in Afghanistan Saturday morning.

And at the core of this tragedy is the news that 22 of the military on board the Chinook helicopter shot down by terrorists were Navy Seals who were members of the same unit that got Osama bin Laden in Pakistan three months ago.

Military officials said they didn't believe that any of the Seal Team 6 members who were killed had participated in the bin Laden raid, but their loss to the elite commando unit can't be overstated.

In all 30 Americans, eight Afghan troops and a highly trained Navy Seal dog were killed when their helicopter was brought down by a rocket-launched grenade.

When President Barack Obama gave the order to raid the Pakistan compound Osama bin Laden was hiding at two months ago, he might have saved his own life.

Officials said bin Laden, according to an exclusive ABC News report Friday, was already in talks with Taliban leaders in planning another round of terrorist acts to celebrate the upcoming 10-year anniversary of the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attacks.

Most notably, bin Laden had his sights set on assassinating the president while he was flying in Air Force One or Marine One, his helicopter. U.S. Army Gen. David Petraeus (the soon-to-be CIA director) was also on the late terrorist's hit list, via an air attack as well, according to the network.
