DOCUMENT: Judge Approves Request To Delay Charlie Sheen Court Date Again

RadarOnline.com has learned that a Colorado judge has approved a request to move Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's Friday, January 22, court date to February 8- the second delay due to Mueller's current health problems.

"The Court finds Ms. Sheen's medical situation demonstrates good cause to vacate and reschedule the hearing," the order read.

"The motion regarding the protective order will be heard at Defendant's next scheduled appearance." Mueller has been in the hospital recovering in the ICU. As of an emergency order on Wednesday, Sheen is allowed to see her and communicate with her- but only while she is hospitalized.

RadarOnline.com has learned that a Colorado judge is allowing Charlie Sheen to once again communicate with his wife Brooke Mueller - but only while she is hospitalized.

"Defendant may be in Ms. Sheen's presence in the hospital and may communicate with her in the hospital where she has been admitted so long as she remains in the hospital and admitted to the hospital for medical reasons," the order read.

"Defendant shall terminate any contact immediately upon the request of Ms. Sheen or any of her health care providers. No communication shall violate the 'no harassment' terms of the Protection Order.

"All of the remaining terms of the Protection Order remain in full force and full effect."
The modification to the protective order against Sheen will be terminated as soon as Mueller leaves the hospital.
RadarOnline.com has also learned that there will be a status conference call on Thursday between the D.A., judge and Sheen and Mueller's lawyers regarding whether or not the Friday court date will be pushed back.

RadarOnline.com has learned that attorneys for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have requested that their Friday court date in Aspen be pushed back once again- this time to February 8- since Mueller's health has worsened.

Earlier on Wednesday, it was believed she would be released the same day after receiving antibiotics for the infection she contracted relating to an oral surgery procedure. By Wednesday afternoon however, physicians are expecting Mueller to stay in the hospital for days.

RadarOnline.com learned that his lawyer Richard Cummings filed to a Colorado court shortly after requesting that the temporary restraining order against Sheen be modified to allow the actor to communicate with Mueller. Sheen previously had been allowed to be in the vicinity of his wife, but was barred from speaking with her.

Charlie Sheen rushed to his wife Brooke Mueller's side on Wednesday after she was admitted into the ICU due to an infection she contracted after undergoing oral surgery.

Mueller, who had a fever of 105, was given antibiotics and is expected to be released later today. While Mueller is still planning on making their Friday court day in Aspen, it is unclear whether she will be able to travel and her attorney may request that she be allowed to testify by telephone.
