RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Mel is changing the way things work at his Holy Family Chapel and making worshipers fill out a one-page application to get their names on his Invitation and Security list.
RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the document.

According to the sign up sheet, the "application must be accepted by security in order to gain admittance" to the Agoura Hills church. The application notes that the church's services are "not open for negotiation by guests/attendees" and that entrance to the church can be revoked at any time for any reason.

Holy control freak - what exactly is going on here? The newly required sign up sheet doesn't list a reason for the policy change, but Mel has previously expressed displeasure with things said in church making its way into the public domain.
Some church attendees have taken a dim view of Mel divorcing his wife Robyn and now having a baby out of wedlock with Oksana Grigorieva.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report on Sunday, Mel's fiancé Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to their baby -- a heathy baby girl named Lucia.
Oksana gave birth at an undisclosed hospital in the Los Angeles area on Friday, a few weeks early but a source tells RadarOnline.com that everything went well and mom and daughter are doing just fine. In fact, RadarOnline.com has learned that mom and the baby are already home.
It was RadarOnline.com that first uncovered Mel’s affair with Oksana. We published a series of photos of the cozy couple in Costa Rica earlier this year, before the public had any idea that Mel’s marriage was apparently kaput.

Mel’s wife Robyn filed for divorce in April, 2009, shortly after the photos were public and Mel admitted he was romantically involved with Oksana. And once she turned up pregnant he put a ring on it. He has not announced a wedding date. (Mel and Robyn were married 29 years; their marital assets are estimated at $900 million.)

Mel has six sons and one daughter with Robyn.
Oksana, a Russian beauty, has a son with James Bond star Timothy Dalton. She is an accomplished musician and composer who is still hoping to launch her career, and released her album Beautiful Heartache in July, through one of Mel’s companies. Mel’s money goes a long way: The once-obscure beauty recently “found” the money to hire powerhouse Los Angeles legal firm Lavely & Singer to sue a man she formerly worked on several songs. That suit has been settled.

Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva isn't letting her growing bump get in the way of some supermarket shopping. We spotted the singer/songwriter at a Ralph's market in Los Angeles on Friday. Maybe she was buying all the goodies she needed to make her Mel a lovely dinner to celebrate the end of a legal tussle.
Earlier on Friday, RadarOnline.com exclusively broke the news that Oksana had settled a copyright infringement lawsuit she'd filed against Samuel Oriti.

Mel Gibson's girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has settled a lawsuit against a man she claimed infringed on the copyright of four of her songs, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Oksana has been locked in an ongoing battle with Samuel Oriti, first filing a 10-count suit against him centered around her music and later suing him for allegedly distributing photos of her in lingerie.
And now that Oksana has hooked up with Mel, she's been using one of LA's top law firms, Lavely & Singer, to go on the attack for her.
While the lingerie suit is still pending, the settlement in the songwriting suit stipulates a dismissal of all counts and Oksana agreed to add Oriti, a music producer, as co-author to the four songs that were in question.

The order for dismissal reads: "To effect the Parties intent in the settlement, the Parties shall amend the copyright applications for the Songs by filing supplemental copyright applications for registration of copyrights with the United States Copyright Office for the Songs adding Defendant as a co-author and co-claimant of each of the Songs."

Mel Gibson's Girlfriend Sues Over Lingerie Photos

The only person who gets to see Oksana Grigorieva in lingerie these days is Mel Gibson - and that's the way he wants it to
stay.
Oksana, pregnant by Mel, on Tuesday sued a man she claims sold photos of her in lingerie. The suit, filed by top Los Angeles firm Lavely & Singer, calls Oksana "an internationally renowned model, pianist and musical composer and performer." (Quick, name one of her songs. Buzzzz. Time's up. Sorry.)

The lawsuit claims Samuel Oriti met Oksana in 2004 and told her he was trying to negotiate a deal for her with a prominent lingerie company. She participated in a photo session, based on his representations the suit claims, and modeled lingerie. Oksana also claims she paid for the shoot and that Oriti promised not to distribute the photos elsewhere.
But, once RadarOnline.com was first to reveal that Oksana was Mel's new girlfriend, interest in her grew and the photos were
published - including on RadarOnline.com, the suit says. Suddenly flush with Mel's money, Oksana was able to afford one of LA's top law firms to make sure no one but Mel gets to see her in lingerie. (This, of course, excludes Timothy Dalton, the father of her child.)
The suit does not claim that there is any written agreement between Oriti and Oksana and it does not provide proof for her claim that she paid for the photo session. But Oksana does ask for more than $100,000, which Mel will donate to the Jewish Anti-Defamation League. (Kidding! We're kidding!)
Mel is divorcing Robyn, his wife of 29 years and has taken up with Oksana. RadarOnline.com was first to reveal their relationship.

Good Morning America's Thursday show danced around the interesting stuff in their interview with Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.
Rather than ask her the questions everyone's been dying to know – What’s Mel really like? What was his reaction when he found out she was pregnant? Is he worried about what has the potential to be the costliest divorce in history? -- heck even something about baby names would have been the least bit compelling.
Instead, ABC's Chris Cuomo said: "Of course, Oksana, we knew you in the tabloids a little bit from Mel Gibson, but this is about your music, which is beautiful -- tell me about the influences in your album?"

Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson’s girlfriend, recently broke her silence to CNN and opened up about her music, her romance with the movie star, and their upcoming bundle of joy.

The Russian brunette released her album Beautiful Heartache in July though Gibson’s company and the actor filmed four music videos for her during a week in Mexico. According to her, the actor is “A visionary. He enabled me to produce this album, for my music to live.”
While the album is about love, she warns: “It’s not a diary.” So while parts of her romance with Gibson will remain a mystery, she did reveal some facts about their life together like how they have decided to not learn the sex of their child.
"I'm already buying things in gender-neutral colors. It's very cute," she chuckled. She also has a son Alexander with actor Timothy Dalton.
"You don't control the situations or the people you meet. I did not plan this. I'm just doing what I've always been doing. It's not like I've changed my goals at all." she said in her defense (Gibson and his wife of 30 years Robyn filed for divorce in April shortly after pictures of him and Grigorieva surfaced).
For now, she is living by the advice Gibson gave her: “Just be myself and speak the truth.”
