EXCLUSIVE: Father Of Slain Victim Talks Out About Latest Cathouse Murders Arrest

Gary Gardner, the stepfather of Millie Barrera, one of the four tragic victims slain last November in what was dubbed “The Cathouse murders,” is speaking out about the arrest yesterday of one of the alleged perpetrators.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Gardner shared that the arrest has brought back painful memories for everyone. He also said that although he was glad the alleged murderer of his daughter was alive to face justice, part of him wishes he was dead.

“I’m so happy that the police have finally caught the man they believe was the mastermind behind the killings,” Gardner told RadarOnline.com. “He has a history of committing crimes, with a long criminal record behind him, and was a cage fighter like the other guy they already arrested.”

The alleged murderer, Denny Phillips, was captured Monday after a violent shoot out with police outside of a Tulsa motel. Phillips, who was shot three times in the exchange of fire, was taken to a hospital where he remains in critical condition, though he is expected to survive.

Gardner told RadarOnline.com that the shoot out and Phillips subsequent capture brought out mixed emotions in him. “I am not feeling any sense of relief,” Gardner said. “I mean I was glad on the one hand that he was alive so we could hear what happened to my daughter and the others, and why, but the father in me wished they had killed him.”

Tulsa police say they became aware of Phillips when an informant told Sergeant Mike Huff that Phillips was trying to sell two guns – guns that Huff recognized as having been stolen from his home during a break-in last week.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma County District Attorney, David Prater said Phillips has been a person of interest in the deaths of Casey Barrientos, Jennifer Ermey, Millie Barrera and star of the HBO reality series Cathouse Brooke Phillips. The four were found dead on November 9 after being shot, stabbed, slashed and set on fire inside an Oklahoma City home. Barrera and Phillips were also pregnant at the time of the murders.
Gardner is happy that they finally have Phillips in custody, but said, "My daughter and her unborn baby, along with the other victims, deserve justice.”

Horrific new charges have revealed that ex-Marine David Allen Tyner allegedly shot, stabbed and burned his victims during a heartless killing spree, according to the shocking arrest warrant obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

The Oklahoma District Attorney’s office officially filed six counts of first degree murder against Tyner late Friday, November 20.
Detectives now believe the shocking crime, where the victims were shot and stabbed before the rented house in Oklahoma City was set on fire, was the result of a drugs operation gone bad.

Police reported seizing a digital scale, small amounts of marijuana, 53 sandwich-size zip-close bags and 46 gallon-size zip-close bags - they also reported finding two large pieces from a roll of heat-seal bags.

Former Marine and cage fighter Tyner, 28, surrendered himself to the police after a witness told them that he had been inside the house at 1511 SW 56 street just before the horrific crime.
The victims have been identified as Jennifer Lynn Ermey, 25, of Edmond; Casey Mark Barrientos, 32, of Oklahoma City; Milagros C. Barrera, 22, of Mustang; and Brooke Phillips, 22, of Moore.

The official death toll is six because Barrera and Phillips were pregnant. The case has attracted national attention because Phillips was a prostitute who appeared on Cathouse, an HBO reality program about a legal Nevada brothel.
Police records show their search of the house casing with two guns, two box knives, a folding knife, a lighter, a projectile and white ankle high sock with 17 Winchester .40 S&W live rounds.

Police also seized about $221 in currency and coins and are continuing to question Jose Fernando Fierro, the renter of the house who escaped before the carnage began.
Tyner’s former cage fighting promoter Jason Nicholson previously told Radar Online.com that he thought Tyner suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after serving in Iraq.

Parker says the bunnies that worked with Phillips at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in Nevada are still in a state of shock following the gruesome murder, unable to believe Phillips is dead, and "we all just feel that it's a big mistake and she's still alive, that she'll come walking back in here."

And although Phillips "never used drugs" Parker suspects the murder could of been drug related, telling RadarOnline.com "Brooke never used drugs, she barely even drank, but she did date a drug dealer on and off."
Parker says Phillips had just moved out of the ranch to return home to have her baby. "She was only three months pregnant," Parker tells RadarOnline.com. "We were planning a baby shower for her. Brooke never spoke about the father, just that she was happy to be pregnant."
And according to Parker, her best friend would not of died without giving up a fight. Parker says that Phillips was "so kind and sweet" but was also tough and that all the bunnies agree that she would of stood up to the gunman.

Gorgeous prostitute-turned-reality TV star Brooke Phillips, who was discovered fatally shot and burned almost beyond recognition in an Oklahoma City house last week, had a special way to address her critics without having to say a word.
"Brooke has a odd tattoo inside her mouth. It read 'F*** you'," a source close to the investigation told RadarOnline.com.
Phillips' relatives said that anytime the reality TV prostitute would get upset, she would pull her lip down.
