Carmen Electra dazzled at at the Nyx Cosmetics Decade +1 Anniversary Event in Hollywood on Tuesday night, stepping onto the red carpet in a shimmering, backless Oday Shakar number. This isn’t the first time we have seen the glittering number! Audrina Patridge rocked the same dress to Los Premios MTV in September 2009. Though both gorgeous stars looked fab in the hot mini, only one of them took home RadarOnline.com’s top honors.

The Hills star rocked her Oday Shakar with thigh-high Lanvin boots, drop earrings and a snazzy ring, while Carmen took the glam factor to the extreme, rocking super sexy, black patent Yves Saint Laurent heels. Her magnificent mane was French braided to the side, and her makeup was absolutely smoldering.

Among the 400 guests at the ultra luxe wedding of oldest Jonas Bro Kevin on Saturday, was Disney superstar Demi Lovato. The stunning songstress commissioned designer Oday Shakar to create a special cocktail dress for her, so she could watch her pal walk down the aisle in style!
Oday Shakar is an emerging designer from Orange County, California, who also designed Audrina Patridge’s Los Premios MTV 2009 mini.
