Even though Christina Aguilera’s weight has been steadily increasing over recent months, fans were still shocked at the Grammy Award winning singer’s appearance when she performed at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Wales on Saturday.

Squeezed into a skimpy corset and fishnet tights, the 5'1 1/2" singer seemed completely oblivious about the considerable curves she has added to her once svelte figure.

"She is totally unaware of how she looks, no one dresses like that unless they think they look good," nutritionist Jackie Keller, CEO of Nutrifit in Los Angeles, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Rimes, 28, regularly causes controversy with her thin frame leading some experts to say she’s too thin, but Rimes insists she is healthy and eats regular meals.

As RadarOnline.com reported, in response to one follower’s horrified comments – she called Rimes “scary skinny,” the newlywed tweeted: "Those are called abs not bones, love...This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean."

We’ve now spoken to a health expert, who wholeheartedly disagrees with LeAnn’s assessment.

"She is very underweight, those are definitely hip bones and not abs," Dr. Majid Ali (who has not treated the star) told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "She looks like she may weigh no more than 100 to 105 pounds literally - dripping wet.

When it comes to eating healthier, often all it takes is a few simple tweaks to your usual food choices.  Make the Right Choice is about showing you simple changes you can make when choosing your meals and snacks to boost nutrition and lose weight.  Here are some great ideas for healthy choices when you feel a snack attack coming on—ideas that will work during the day or when curled up on the couch watching TV at night.

Instead of:  One ounce of tortilla chips and a half-cup of nacho cheese dip

Nutrition Information:  390 calories, 24 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 5 grams protein, 1405 milligrams of sodium, 30 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber

Choose: One ounce of baked tortilla chips (about 20 chips) topped with 1 ounce of Kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese.  Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until cheese melts.  Serve with a half-cup of chunky salsa.

Nutrition Information:  241 calories, 7 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 9 grams protein, 1002 milligrams of sodium, 29 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber

•    Loading up on liquids. Juices and smoothies – so good, right? Well, yes and no. The fruit is good but the sugar content is not. They’re too easy to slurp down, and here’s the real killer – your brain doesn’t even consider those calories food. So you’ve just packed on a meal’s worth of calories – and you’re still looking for the meal. Skip the smoothies and other juice drinks altogether. Try limiting yourself to eight ounces of 100 percent juice a day. If you can’t manage that, at least try to alternate your juice cravings with water. It’s a quick way to cut out calories.
