Michael Barrett "was on board a commercial flight from Buffalo to Chicago. Federal agents met him at the gate, and he was taken into custody. There was no resistance and no attempted flight," FBI Special Agent Ross Rice told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

That's how smoothly it went down Friday night at O'Hare International Airport when Barrett was taken into custody.
The divorced insurance executive, described as "middle class," had his first court appearance in Chicago Saturday morning.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys ordered Barrett to return to Los Angeles where the charges against him were filed because that's where Andrews reported to the FBI that she was a victim of video stalking.
“A criminal complaint filed late Friday afternoon in U.S. District Court Los Angeles alleges Barrett stalked the victim with the intent to harass, to place under surveillance with intent to harass and intimidate, and to cause substantial emotional distress to a person in another state,” Rice added.
Outside court, Barrett's attorney Rick Beuke said of his client, "I don't think he's even had a traffic ticket."
Barrett's arrest put to rest fears that Andrews was being stalked by a fellow ESPN employee.
Barrett is being held in Chicago's Metropolitan Detention Facility, RadarOnline has confirmed, and will remain there until a Monday bail hearing.
“Barrett is scheduled to go before Judge Keys again at 1 p.m. Monday,” Rice said. “The judge will determine if Barrett will continue to be held without bond, or if he’ll be released on his own recognizance.”
If Barrett is released on bail, "he’ll have to get himself to L.A. to face a federal judge,” U.S. Attorneys Office spokesman Thom Mrozek told Radaronline.com exclusively.
“If the judge on Monday orders him held without bond, the U.S. Marshals will transport him to L.A., whatever number of days that takes. We’ll know more after Monday’s hearing."
Barrett's father, Frank, is shocked at the charges against his son. He told The Chicago Sun-Times, "he's always been an outstanding, hardworking guy."

Scandalous nude video footage of sports host Erin Andrews was probably shot by an employee of her home network ESPN, a source tells RadarOnline.com.

Currently, the network is launching a full-scale investigation to find the looky-lou and discipline him accordingly. ESPN is "freaking out, freaking!" the source adds.
ESPN frequently books Hilton hotels for employees traveling on assignment. But, the hotels have not yet been identified according to the source.
The video, which features Andrews fully nude from all angles, was shot without her knowledge, her lawyers insist, "in the privacy of her hotel room."
Seven separate videos exist, dating back to February of this year, and have been posted to French website Dailymotion.com.
Lad-blog Don Chavez reports that the user uploading these files, named Goblazers1, identifies himself as a 49-year-old male from the United States.
“Andrews has been grievously wronged here, our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act," ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz tells us.
The attorney, Marshall Grossman, says Andrews plans to seek criminal charges and file civil lawsuits against the person who shot the video and anyone who publishes the material.
