Party girl Lindsay Lohan is not known for doing anything in moderation, and she seems to have kept up her track record of excess with some over-the-top cosmetic surgery.

When the troubled Mean Girls star stepped out on the red carpet at the 2012 amfAR New York Gala on Wednesday night, even her mane of blonde hair and billowing fur coat couldn’t distract from the obvious changes in her face, and RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal what she may have had done.

First her breasts and now her face? Since breaking up with baseball star Alex Rodriguez last year, Cameron Diaz seems to have gone out of her way to prove she is young, carefree and single!

Cameron will be turning 40 in August, and RadarOnline.com has new photos that suggest she has gone to extremes to turn back the clock before her landmark birthday.

"There's something about Cameron Diaz's face that is very unusual," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not worked with the star, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino has changed her appearance, and has confirmed that she went under the knife to achieve her new look --  undergoing rhinoplasty.

“Most people don’t even know I had a nose job,” the 34-year-old blonde housewife said.  ”They notice something [new] about me. It’s perked up my face,” she told The Orange County Register.

Vienna Girardi, the blonde, free-spirited winner of The Bachelor edition that starred hunky pilot Jake Pavelka, has admitted to her 40,000+ Twitter followers that she recently had a nose job.

"I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel. If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT. xoxo," Girardi, 25, tweeted Thursday. "Couldn't wear makeup during my ET interview bc of surgery... Dnt judge me lol."
