Starting tomorrow through March 2010, Stand Up To Cancer will team up with On Demand on Comcast to feature a library of music the includes videos from today's hottest stars. The first ever video-on-demand initiative hopes to broaden awareness and raise critical funds for cancer research.

RadarOnline.com brings you a taste of some of the fantastic musical offerings from Stand Up To Cancer On Demand and snippets from Stand Up To Cancer's latest public service announcement featuring celebrities like Renee Zellweger, Minka Kelly, and Billy Bob Thornton.
