This is a picture of the man who claims Mel Gibson attacked him at a Hollywood nightclub Wednesday night.
He says Gibson tore his t-shirt when he tried to take a photo of the Oscar winner.
The man has filed a battery report with the LAPD Hollywood Division, and detectives there are expected to make an official statement regarding the man’s complaint sometime Thursday morning.
