Devon James, real name Melinda Janette, set up a web site to sell her 62-minute xxx video, accepting MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.

She claimed to have had and recorded a sexual encounter with Woods at a Tampa Bay condo in 2008.

But now -- after a RadarOnline.com investigation caught James and her husband Nick in a plethora of lies -- Devon’s scam has ended not with a bang, but with a whimper.

The “sex tape” is suddenly being advertised as a “SPOOF TAPE” on her web site.

It looks like Tiger Woods has one less problem to worry about.

According to the “Terms and Conditions” set forth by the website the tape is available only for pre-orders and the company has the right to yank the release of the tape at any time.

“The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, cancel any release of the video,” the terms read.

Teneal Goyco, 29, claims porn star Devon James and her husband Nick paid him $1,000 to step in as a "Tiger look-a-like" and fulfill her fantasy of romping with Tiger.

A man claims he was paid $1,000 to impersonate Tiger Woods in a sex tape co-starring the hooker who is now selling the tape and claiming it is genuine footage of the cheating golfer.

Teneal Goyco, a remote Tiger look-a-like, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview that he was paid cash to “pretend to be Tiger Woods” during a taped two-hour tryst with a woman he says was Devon James.

Goyco told RadarOnline.com he filmed sex scenes with James and that she and her husband had him "dress" like Tiger, with a Nike hat and sweater vest, and that Devon called him "Tiger" throughout the filmed romp.

Devon, a Tampa prostitute who claims to have had an affair with Tiger and then falsely alleged he was the father of her love child, is charging $25.95 for a video that will ship to buyers on November 15. She has set up a website that is currently taking pre-orders and says the tape will be released November 15.

Producer Nick James doesn’t think a last minute bid by Tiger Woods’ lawyers will stop an alleged sex tape with porn star Devon James becoming available on Friday. In at interview with RadarOnline.com, Nick, who is married to Devon, says that they are moving forward with the release “no matter what.”

“I was told there was a bid by his lawyers to buy the tape but so far no deal has been struck and I don’t think it will be either,” Nick told RadarOnline.com.

Devon, a call girl who has said Tiger was "nasty... dirty, bad, bad, bad" in the bedroom, said she sold a 62-minute tape to a DVD production company for $350,000, plus a cut of sales.

The Florida porn star also alleges Tiger is the father of her nine-year-old son.

But her former manager, Gina Rodriguez, cast serious doubt on whether a tape even exists, revealing to RadarOnline.com how the couple had wanted to "find a Tiger look a like and make a tape", claiming they boasted "no one would know" of their scheme.

"I told them that I would have no part of a fake tape," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.

In an exclusive interview, Nick James, Devon's husband who brokered the tape, reacted furiously to Rodriguez and insisted: "Look the tape exists - the whole world will shortly see that the Tiger Woods sex tape is real!"

"We have not spoken to her since August and she has never seen the tape and does not know anything about.

Rodriguez managed Devon until the pair split amid a barrage of personal insults; Devon called Rodriguez a "whore bag", "slut" and a "thief", prompting a restraining order to be filed in a Los Angeles court.

"This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre order, because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it's NOT Tiger," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.

Nick said he and Devon planned to file their own lawsuit against Rodriguez, claiming they're owed $10,000 for unpaid services.

The porn entrepeneurs are hoping that alleged sex tape of the shamed golf superstar will net them millions of dollars, once it's released.

RadarOnline.com has not seen the tape and Nick and Devon, whose real name is Melinda Janette, have not provided any proof to verify its existence, despite repeated requests.
