Sexy Naya Rivera -- who plays closeted lesbian Santana on Glee -- will host the 22nd annual GLAAD Media Awards In San Francisco later this month, and actress Kim Cattrall will be the evening's big honoree.

GLAAD -- which stands for The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation --  made the announcement Wednesday.

Cattrall, best known for her role as Samantha Jones on Sex and the City, will receives GLAAD's prestigious Golden Gate Award.

Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer and the rest of the True Blood cast was out in Beverly Hills Saturday night, and RadarOnline.com has the pictures.

Real-life marrieds Paquin and Moyer were joined by almost the entire cast at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills for a session of PaleyFest, an annual celebration of all things TV put on by the Paley Center for Media.

TV's hottest hunks Alexander Skarsgard and Ryan Kwanten were there, along with the show's Rutina Wesley, Carrie Preston and Nelsan Ellis.

They shared teasers and tidbits of the upcoming season four of the hit HBO series with the sold-out crowd of fans.
