Carrie Ann Inaba manages to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite her hectic Dancing with the Stars schedule. The 43-year-old dancer and choreographer is featured on the November 2011 cover of Natural Health, where she dishes on everything from the changes she has made in her diet and exercise regiment to her upcoming wedding plans!
“Dancers aren’t exactly known for their healthy eating habits,” Inaba jokes about how she evolved from “eating thin” to a more healthy, anti-inflammatory diet.
Because of her love for dancing, which she compares to a form of meditation, Inaba sticks to workouts that similarly use the mind and body, like kickboxing, yoga and Pilates.
