Its just another lazy summer day in Southern California: the sky is blue, water is wet and actor Tom Sizemore is under arrest –again.
The Los Angeles Police Dept.'s Rampart Division told RadarOnline.com the Natural Born Killers star is accused of slapping with his girlfriend Wednesday, and was arrested on domestic battery charges. With bail set at $20,000, police said the arrest was "non-eventful."
