Nadya Suleman is celebrating the first birthday of her octuplets, who were born one year ago today on January 26, 2009.

Suleman was spotted Tuesday talking on her phone while parked in her Toyota van at a shopping center in La Habra, CA. Unfortunately, it seems the busy mom of 14 was so distracted by her conversation that she forgot to hang up her call before driving away, continuing to talk on her cell as she drove down the road.

With 14 children, Octo-Mom spends her days multi-tasking but in California that earns you a ticket.
Judging by the obvious dent in the front bumper of her car it would seem that Suleman could do with spending a little more time and attention concentrating on the road and a little less time chatting!

A man has come forward and paid for Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman’s gym membership after it was cancelled following three missed dues payments from the harried mom of 14.

John Welty owns the web site “MoveTheCarNow.com” and he told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he decided to pay one full year of Nadya’s membership at 24 Hour Fitness as “a gesture of kindness.”

Suleman -- clad in a red tank top and blue jeans -- sported a fit, trim physique less than a year after giving birth to her octuplets. She burned plenty of calories at the park, as she pushed on a stroller carrying four of the tots, while pulling more of her brood around in a red radio flyer.

Self-appointed Hollywood child advocate Paul Petersen did not present a winning argument that Nadya Suleman's kids need a guardian to protect their finances.
That's what a California Court of Appeals judge ruled Friday, over-ruling a lower court's decision to let the case proceed, and blasting Petersen and his legal team for presenting the case the way they did.

In an exclusive new interview, Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman defends her doctor Michael Kamrava after the California State Medical Board recommended that his medical license be suspended. "He did nothing wrong," the mother of 14 told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Absolutely nothing wrong."
Dr. Kamrava has been accused of gross negligence by the Board for the number of embryos he used each time Nadya received in-vitro fertilization and for initiating a fresh cycle of oocyte retrieval (egg) when there were previously frozen embryos to be used.

As the Medical Board of California’s comments lambasting Dr. Michael Kamrava, the fertility doctor of Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman, hit the internet, RadarOnline.com went to the woman at the middle of the controversy for her thoughts:
"I trusted Dr Kamrava to help me conceive. On previous occasions, despite multiple implants, I only gave birth to a small number of children. I think we may have both been shocked when the last cycle resulted in eight fetuses,” Suleman told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

It’s been almost a year that Nadya Suleman’s famous octuplets were born, but unfortunately for the doctor, this isn’t an anniversary to celebrate since the California Attorney General filed papers asking for Dr. Michael Kamrava to have his license revoked or suspended.
Dr. Kamrava is the obstetrician/ gynecologist who implanted Octo-Mom, 34, with her frozen embryos that resulted in the birth of eight babies.

In the complaint, Kamrava is accused of gross negligence, repeated negligent acts and for keeping inadequate records. The CA Attorney General said that the doctor transferred “a number of blastocyst embryos far in excess os ASRM recommendation and beyond the reasonable judgment of any treating physician.” The complaint alleges that Kamrava retrieved too many ooctyes from Sulemna when frozen embryos were available, that he planted for too many embryos during her final pregnancy, and that he neglected to recommend a mental health evaluation for Nadya Suleman.
