Lawyer Suing Casey Anthony: She Is Incapable Of Telling the Truth

The lawyer for Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman Casey Anthony accused of kidnapping her two-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony, has exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he thinks Casey is “unable to tell the truth.”

Zanaida is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Casey, suing her for defamation, and the Tot Mom was finally served with a subpoena this week.

Casey Anthony claims she may have gotten pregnant with her daughter Caylee at a party in 2004 in which she was date raped and "blacked out."

Dr. William Weitz and Dr. Jeffrey Danzinger were court-appointed mental health experts whose never-before-seen depositions were released on Wednesday — revealing a slew of new information straight from the Tot Mom's mouth.

"She believes ... that's when that she was impregnated," Weitz said during his deposition of the party in which Casey said she may have had a "spiked" drink.

The movie is based around the relationship that developed between Spector and his defense attorney Linda Kenney Baden, who is played by the stunning Helen Mirren, during his trial for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.

Casey Anthony’s Defense Team To Fight Judge’s Probation Order

Attorneys for Casey Anthony are expected to file an emergency motion Tuesday seeking to overturn an order by Orange County Judge Stan Strickland that Anthony must go on supervised probation for one year for check forgery in a case unrelated to the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

In addition, Anthony’s defense team is expected to ask that Strickland be removed from the case.

The announcement was made on Thursday, just hours after Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Anthony to the maximum of four years in prison and $4,000 in fines following her conviction on four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to police.

She didn’t exactly have the courtroom couture of Lindsay Lohan, but Casey Anthony looked noticeably differently during her sentencing Thursday in Orlando, Florida.

For the first time, Casey wore her long dark hair down, and not in a ponytail or bun.  She also wore a light blue V-neck sweater. During the trial, the defense specifically choose the conservative outfits she wore each day, no doubt, to create a more favorable impression with the jury, especially in light of the fact that Casey was photographed partying while her 2-year-old daughter Caylee was missing.
