The Monte-Carlo TV Festival did what many might have thought was impossible.  Organizers set up a lovely couch on their red carpet and many stars, especially the visiting Americans, found it the perfect spot to smile and say cheese for photographers.

The event, ongoing through June 11 in the Principality of Monaco, is to TV what the Cannes Film Festival is to movies - a sales convention to sell your product internationally.

Kate Walsh took time away from her messy divorce to help promote her series Private Practice to TV networks around the globe, and struggled against a possible wardrobe malfunction on the carpet couch.
