Mariah Carey’s precious twin babies sure are growing up fast.

The proud mother of nine-month old son Moroccan and daughter Monroe has tweeted a new picture of her bundles of joy and RadarOnline.com has the adorable shot.

In a move to remind Twitterverse that she too has beautiful off spring,

Proud parents Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are showing off their gorgeous twins for the first time, and RadarOnline.com has the photo and a sneak peek of the video from their debut.

The couple has kept the babies pretty much out of the spotlight since their birth on April 30, although Mariah did tweet an adorable pic of little diva in the making Monroe, when she was just two months old.

Now Mariah, 41, and Nick, 31,  are introducing their son and daughter to the world, during an interview with Barbara Walters in an ABC 20/20 special that airs this Friday.

She's one hot mama!

Mariah Carey, 41, gave birth to twins in April, but the sexy songbird stripped down to a form fitting black bathing suit for the first time since their arrival and RadarOnline.com has the sizzling photo for you.

"Ocean work out! It's been a loooong time since I've been in the ocean (said like "OPEN" in cruise control)," the super star singer wrote on her Twitter page.

Looks like someone is following in her famous mom's footsteps!

Mariah Carey tweeted a photo of her little two-month-old daughter Monroe and it looks like she's already well on the way to matching mom's diva behavior.

"This is baby Monroe saying "no pictures dahhhhling" at 7+1/2 weeks," The new mom tweeted. "Oh dear."

In the photo Monroe is shown holding her hand up in front of her face seemingly blocking unwanted attention from the camera!

Proud poppa, Nick Cannon, recently shared that their twins, who were born April 30, are developing distinct personalities - similar to their parents.

Nick, 30, told US Magazine: "My son is laid back like me and my daughter's a diva like her mom. When my daughter wants something, she'll let you know immediately.
