The new fashion mogul rocked a red and black, wide-striped, Louis Vuitton mini dress from the Fall 2009 Collection, which featured tiny little cutouts. Pairing the covetable frock with thigh-high boots, a reptile-embossed trench and a Loewe Amazona 28 handbag, the 2-year-old super star was in traffic-stopping style!
