In wake of the country’s attention on the issue of bullying -- and in particular bullying targeting gay teenagers -- Mitt Romney is coming under fire for an incident when he was in high school during which he allegedly targeted a classmate presumed to be gay. 

Matthew Friedemann, one of Romney’s old school pals at Cranbrook School, an all boy’s institution in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, tells the Washington Post that Romney held down classmate John Lauber -- who was "perpetually teased for his nonconformity and presumed homosexuality," according to the report -- before snipping Lauber's bleach blond locks while he cried and screamed for help.

Secret Service Sex Scandal: 3 Agents Pushed Out

Three Secret Service agents were pushed out on Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned, as a group of supervisors, agents and officers are implicated of hiring as many as 20 prostitutes in Cartagena, Colombia while there last week to prepare for President Barack Obama's arrival.

The agents were not identified, thought the Secret Service said one is retiring, one was fired and one had resigned.

Right-wing rocker Ted Nugent could have gotten himself in hot water with his heated comments about the president during a National Rifle Association convention over the weekend, and now the outspoken conservative is expecting a visit from the secret service.

"I'll tell you this right now: If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year," Nugent told the audience during his controversial speech.

A respected Arizona sheriff and Republican Congressional candidate resigned from his position as the co-chair for the Mitt Romney presidential campaign on Saturday in the midst of a homosexual sex scandal.

Paul Babeu's career was rocked by explosive allegations from a Mexican national who claimed that after his homosexual affair with Babeu ended, the sheriff threatened him with deportation.

"Sheriff Babeu has stepped down from his volunteer position with the campaign so he can focus on the allegations against him," Romney campaign spokeswoman Andrea Saul said in a statement to The Arizona Republic "We support his decision."

Babeu confirmed during a press conference on Saturday that he is gay and that he'd had an affair with the man, but denied he ever threatened him with deportation.

Rick won, not Mitt!

In a shocking surprise, ultra conservative Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum actually came in first in the Iowa caucuses with 34 votes over Mitt Romney, who initially was declared the winner, the Des Moines Register reported Thursday.  

On its website, the newspaper reported that results from eight precincts are still missing and might still hold an advantage for Romney. Those votes may never be recovered and certified, the paper reported, quoting state Republican Party officials.

Romney called the result a “virtual tie” in a statement that noted Santorum’s “strong performance.” Romney said the caucuses were a “great start.”

1 pm ET UPDATE: It’s official. Christie says he’s not running.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will reportedly not run for president, despite growing calls from Republicans leaders that he throw his hat into the ring.

Christie has scheduled a news conference at 1 p.m. ET at the New Jersey statehouse in Trenton. At that time, he is expected to announce his decision.

Although Christie had been wooed by fellow Republicans to join the race, he was never a leader in the polls.
