Gary Giordano, the prime suspect in Robyn Gardner's disappearance is currently flying back from Aruba to Maryland, and her boyfriend is not pleased that he will soon be arriving back in his home state a free man.

"I’m not surprised at all. Am I happy? No, but I’m not surprised," Richard Forester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"What I am really not happy about is we still don’t know where Robyn is. I don’t care about Gary Giordano at this point."

As the news broke on Wednesday that Aruban authorities will keep Gary Giordano detained for a further 60 days, friends of missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner celebrated the news that the prime suspect in her disappearance won't walk free, RadarOnline.com exclusively reports.

"I feel that justice is starting to be served. It will give him another 60 days to think," Robyn's close friend Lianne Delawter told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Before the announcement, Delawter said that she had felt confident that the Aruban authorities would do the right thing because they had so far.

Gary Giordano, who was traveling with the 35-year-old Maryland woman when she went missing on August 2, appeared drunk as he looked at his watch and told authorities, "She might be dead now," during the initial hours of the search, reported ABCNews.com.

Heavy drinking was a reoccurring theme for the couple during their trip, according to reports, and the last place Robyn was seen alive with the 50-year-old, also from Maryland, was at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill in the Baby Beach area of Aruba.

But her travel partner and the lead suspect in her disappearance, Gary Giordano told police that Gardner soon went back into the sea to go snorkeling, which is when she got caught in a strong current and was swept away.

"It makes me so, so sad," Richard Forester told RadarOnline.com, as he fought back tears after seeing the photo of his 35-year-old girlfriend outside of the Rum Reef Bar And Grill near the Baby Beach area of Aruba.

"It is difficult knowing it was the last time anyone had seen her and it has been three weeks ago," revealed Forester, who had been dating Gardner for the past two-and-half years.

There have been reports that the pair recently met on an internet dating site and it's been rumored that Giordano may have even paid the pretty blonde to go away with him, but Delawter said that is simply not true.

With wild rumors flying that missing Aruban woman Robyn Gardner was working as a paid escort at the time of her disappearance, her close friend is speaking out, telling RadarOnline.com exclusively: “I don’t think she would have accepted money to go to Aruba.”

With the search for the missing Maryland woman no closer to a resolution, the question as to why she would go on vacation with a man, whom she hardly knew, and with such a violent past remains unanswered.

"I don't think she would have accepted money to go, or had done anything like that before," Robyn's close friend Reece Armstrong revealed to RadarOnline.com.

After a week of fruitless searching on land and sea for missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner, authorities in Aruba believe that she will not be found alive.

Prosecutors in the case are diligently gathering enough evidence on prime suspect, and Gardner's travel partner, Gary Giordano, before he goes before a judge on Monday in order to extend his detainment on the Caribbean island for an additional eight days, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Giordano told police that Robyn was apparently pulled away by the ocean current as they snorkeled off the southern tip of the island on August 2, reported MSNBC.com but her remains have not been recovered.

"My gut is telling me that he is involved with this, very much so," Richard Forester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "If he is found guilty, then I want the worst possible thing to happen to him. I am not judge, jury and execution.

"But, if he is found guilty then I hope he gets what he deserves. I do believe in the death penalty."

As concern for missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner escalates, her longtime boyfriend talked exclusively to RadarOnline.com about how they were ready to take their relationship to the next level.

"We’d talked about marriage and about the future," Richard Forester, who had been dating 35-year-old Gardner for 2 1/2 years told RadarOnline.com on Thursday in an exclusive interview.

"We were looking for a place together," explained Forester, adding that they already spent nearly every night side by side. "She had her own apartment in Frederick but she lived with me six days a week, and she had her cats here."
