Gary Giordano, the prime suspect in Robyn Gardner's disappearance is currently flying back from Aruba to Maryland, and her boyfriend is not pleased that he will soon be arriving back in his home state a free man.

"I’m not surprised at all. Am I happy? No, but I’m not surprised," Richard Forester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"What I am really not happy about is we still don’t know where Robyn is. I don’t care about Gary Giordano at this point."

As the news broke on Wednesday that Aruban authorities will keep Gary Giordano detained for a further 60 days, friends of missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner celebrated the news that the prime suspect in her disappearance won't walk free, RadarOnline.com exclusively reports.

"I feel that justice is starting to be served. It will give him another 60 days to think," Robyn's close friend Lianne Delawter told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Before the announcement, Delawter said that she had felt confident that the Aruban authorities would do the right thing because they had so far.

The prime suspect in Robyn Gardner's disappearance in Aruba calmly told police that he thought she was dead within hours of her vanishing, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Gary Giordano, who was traveling with the 35-year-old Maryland woman when she went missing on August 2, appeared drunk as he looked at his watch and told authorities, "She might be dead now," during the initial hours of the search, reported ABCNews.com.

Heavy drinking was a reoccurring theme for the couple during their trip, according to reports, and the last place Robyn was seen alive with the 50-year-old, also from Maryland, was at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill in the Baby Beach area of Aruba.

Investigators in Aruba are currently attempting to discover how missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner spent the final hours before her disappearance in the midst of conflicting reports from both witnesses and the prime suspect.

Despite being groggy from sleeping pills, vodka and a heavy meal, Robyn ventured into the water but quickly cut her toe and retreated to dry land, a source has told ABCNews.com.

But her travel partner and the lead suspect in her disappearance, Gary Giordano told police that Gardner soon went back into the sea to go snorkeling, which is when she got caught in a strong current and was swept away.

After a week of fruitless searching on land and sea for missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner, authorities in Aruba believe that she will not be found alive.

Prosecutors in the case are diligently gathering enough evidence on prime suspect, and Gardner's travel partner, Gary Giordano, before he goes before a judge on Monday in order to extend his detainment on the Caribbean island for an additional eight days, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Giordano told police that Robyn was apparently pulled away by the ocean current as they snorkeled off the southern tip of the island on August 2, reported MSNBC.com but her remains have not been recovered.
