With a motto like “Gym, tan, laundry,” the Jersey Shore gang’s love of pumping iron is no secret, but Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio appears to be getting a helping hand with his workout regime if his bulging muscles and bloated face are anything to go by.

The reality star has reportedly gained 20 pounds of pure brawn by exercising three hours a day, and many suspect that he may have undertaken a course of steroids to up the ante in the weight room.

The man who was arrested for allegedly having the illegal substance Ketamine -- also known as “Special K” -- on him at the Jersey Shore party house in July is going to have his case turned over to a grand jury for review, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Jonathan Manfre, 32, was arrested on July 24 in possession of a "white powdery substance" and a source close to the investigation told Radaronline.com that the evidence will be presented to the grand jury in Ocean County, New Jersey.

According to the source the charge could possibly be a felony depending on if the grand jury finds there is enough evidence to charge Manfre with possession of the illegal substance.

Ketamine is a medically prescribed drug that is legally used as a horse tranquilizer!  The illegal use of "Special K" can cause "dream-like states and hallucinations," according to www.drugfree.org.

As one of reality TV's biggest lady killers, no one expected a little thing like not speaking Italian to stop Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino from picking up women while the Jersey Shore filmed in romantic Italy.

The Sitch went on the Ryan Seacrest show on Wednesday to give the radio and TV host a few tips at romancing the ladies abroad, and RadarOnline.com has details of the raunchy interview.

"I didn’t find a wifey but I did find many females," the Situation revealed when he visited On Air With Ryan Seacrest on 102.7 KIIS FM. "I speak a little bit of Italian, lots of phrases, lots of dirty words."

Jonathan Manfre, the man arrested outside the Jersey Shore party house on Sunday may be facing legal trouble, since his case has been turned over to the Ocean County New Jersey prosecutor's office RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Manfre, 32, a close friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, was arrested for "possession of a controlled substance" after he tried to enter the MTV party house at 3am on July 24 when cops found a "white powdery substance."

According to Deputy Chief Michael Mohel "the case will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not the case will be presented to a grand jury for prosecution."

There was an arrest made at the Jersey Shore house over the weekend, but it wasn't for anyone in the rowdy cast, believe it or not.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a "white powdery substance," at the New Jersey party house about 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

Detective Steve Korman with the Seaside Height Police Department told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Jonathan Manfre, 32, "attempted to get into the MTV house and he came in contact with security along with Seaside Heights off duty security.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is giving Italy his best shot -- literally.

While The Situation bellied up to the bar with a young lady in Florence, his fellow castmates lounged in the VIP section of the Central Park Club in Florence.

The gang danced and partied the night away as they tape their fourth season of the hit MTV show.
