Tareq Salahi is suing his estranged wife, Journey frontman Neal Schon and their publicity company for $50 million each, again, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In February Tareq filed a lawsuit claiming the growing empire he had with wife Michaele Salahi was crumbled when she left him for Neal, but the suit was dismissed. The judge gave Tareq 21 days to refile with "valid claims."

Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee and Rita Rampage took it to the ring Friday, fighting -- and kissing -- in what was billed at the 2012 Lingerie Female Pillow Fighting Championship.

Less than two weeks after wife Michaele Salahi left him to be with Journey guitarist Neal Schon, Tareq Salahi said his pending divorce from her is "not a publicity stunt."

A teary Tareq told Matt Lauer on Today, "I wish Ashton Kutcher would jump around this corner and say, 'You've been Punk'd. We're playing with you. We're messing with you.'"

Tareq said he had no inklings his marriage was so close to crumbling, as he and Michaele had a number of projects lined up for a reality TV comeback.

"Great things were happening," Tareq said. "There were new contracts, new offers coming in. We were on a comeback, if you will.

Tareq Salahi's lawyer David Silek told Good Morning America Thursday that while his client is "devastated," he's "relieved to know that Michaele is safe and is okay" after she turned up safe -- with another man, Journey guitarist Neal Schon -- a day after he reported her missing.

Silek said he's been friends with the couple a long time, and that they're "always late for everything. So when [Michaele] hadn’t shown up within a couple of hours, Tareq did get concerned and thus the call to Warren County law enforcement.”

Asked about a series of communications Michaele had with local law enforcement recently, Silek reiterated "not one of them involved a domestic issue whatsoever" as the calls were "all about online threats that Tareq and Michaele had been receiving through Facebook.

Real Housewives of DC star Tareq Salahi reported his wife Michaele missing Tuesday night to the sheriff in Warren County, Virginia and his representative Gina Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com that he is worried that the police “are not taking it seriously.  He’s called the FBI this morning and he is worried about his wife.” 

Tareq claims that he came home in the afternoon and his wife wasn’t there and he became alarmed.  He then says he received a suspicious call from his wife from a phone number in Oregon at 7:11 p.m. East Coast time and she told him “I went to get my hair done,” explaining why she wasn’t in the house.

According to Tareq, when he reported his wife missing to the Warren County Sheriff's Department, deputies informed him that Michaele had already called them, and said she was dealing with family issues but that she was safe.

Kerri Chick filed a lawsuit against Tareq Salahi and VA Wine Tourism Inc. (VA Wine Tours) in Arlington County, Virginia General District Court and when the couple did not show up for their September 9 court date a default judgment was ruled and they were ordered to pay $655.00 plus 5 percent interest since June 1, 2011 to Chick and $66.00 in court fees.

Chick paid $655.00 for a wine tour with Virginia Wine Tour via check on February 24, 2011 and the check was cashed on March 3, according to www.AskMissA.com.

Montel Williams wants nothing to do with Michaele and Tareq Salahi, and Radaronline.com has learned he is taking legal action against the "White House Gate Crashers" for using his name without permission to promote an event.

The winery the notorious Salahis own in Virginia is at the center of the latest scandal. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that the winery was being auctioned off on September 18, but despite the government ordered sale, the pair plan to host an event at the location and have promoted the special guest appearance of Montel Williams.

However, he won't be at the event and his rep Jonathan Franks has fired off a cease and desist letter to the organizers of the event.

White House gate crashers Michaele and Tareq Salahi are being sued again for allegedly stiffing another person out of the money paid for a wine tour by the company they own RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Kerri Chik filed a lawsuit on July 22 against Tareq Salahi and VA Wine Tourism Inc (VA Wine Tours) in Arlington County, Virginia General District Court for a "warrant in debt," according to the Virginia Case Courts Information website.

A hearing is set for September 9 in the case.

After being told the company limo was being repaired and then ultimately canceling her tour, Chik was told that she would receive a full refund but never received the money.  She tried multiple times to reach the company, via phone and email but never received a response.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Salahi's were sued by Emily McCallum for $1,235 after they failed to take her and nineteen of her friends on a wine tour to celebrate her graduation.

Michaele Salahi Hires Lawyer After Being Kicked Out Of Celebrity Rehab

"Don't go anywhere near Michaele and Tareq Salahi's winery tours!" McCallum exclusively told RadarOnline.com -- her next hearing for the lawsuit against the Salahis is August 3.

It's going to be a busy fall court schedule for Michaele and Tareq.
