Carrie Prejean's book Still Standing contained explosed revelations about the inner workings of the Miss California organization and its executive director Keith Lewis is fighting back at her claims in an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com.

“I work in pageants and I love a good fairy tale like anyone else. Unfortunately this is not one. This one doesn’t have a message. Carrie’s claims about me in her book are absolutely false, categorically incorrect, derogatory and untrue. She uniformly disparages me. I thought this was over, but the fight isn’t finished," Lewis proclaimed.

He went so far as to threaten taking further action against the former Miss California: "By printing her lies I am considering whether to take legal action against her defamatory remarks.”

Despite reports that Carrie Prejean was taking her act to primetime television, RadarOnline.com has confirmed exclusively that the former beauty queen will not be appearing on Celebrity Apprentice.
“They couldn’t work it out with her schedule,” her lawyer Charles Limandri confirmed. Prejean also has a new agent at William Morris handling her career.
Things are also looking up for the San Diego native’s personal life: she is rumored to be dating St. Louis Rams quarterback Kyle Boller. Her lawyer confirmed she is dating a football player. This wouldn’t be the first professional athlete to sweep the beautiful blonde off of her feet. She previously dated Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps after meeting in Las Vegas.

A police spokesperson in Baltimore, Maryland told RadarOnline.com on Friday that no charges and no citation will be issued in connection with a car accident involving Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps on Thursday night.
Police say Phelps was behind the wheel of a Cadillac Escalade when it collided with another car in an intersection in Baltimore around 9 p.m. Thursday. While the superstar swimmer and his two passengers were not injured, the female driver of the second car was said to be “shaken up” and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps got into a car accident in Baltimore on Thursday night after colliding with another car in an intersection around 9 pm. While the swimmer and his two passengers were uninjured, the female driver of the second car was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
While the investigation is ongoing, alcohol- at least on Phelps’ part- is not thought to be a factor. Though he was questioned at the scene, Phelps was not given a field sobriety test.
Police spokesperson Anthony Gulgielmi confirmed Phelps was behind the wheel of a Cadillac Escalade and had been sent home around 10:45 pm. The accident occurred at the Calvert and Biddle intersection in downtown Baltimore. The female driver of the Honda Accord was said to have been “shaken up.”

Despite his recent personal mess, Michael Phelps has a new personal best.
The mustached athlete, made famous last year for claiming an historic eight Olympic gold medals, continues to push himself beyond limits--on Saturday, he shaved one tenth of a second off of his swim time for the 100-meter butterfly.
Donning a full body suit, Phelps beat his own previous time and competitors in Montreal, at the Canada Cup.
