Lawyers for TLC are seeking court permission to depose Stephanie Santoro in their breach of contract lawsuit against Jon Gosselin.

Lohan’s ex-wife, Dina Lohan, is reportedly trying to throw him in jail over the release of the calls -- which she claims were made while a protection order was in place forbidding him to talk to her.
