In an emotional interview with Oprah Winfrey, a devastated Marie Osmond spoke publicly for the first time since her son Michael Blosil leapt to his death from the 8th floor of a Los Angeles building.
RadarOnline.com has the heartbreaking clip in which she desperately tries to explain why he took his own life, last February. "I had spoken to him the evening before and it was concerning me," she said as she fought back tears, while describing the night before he killed himself. "It was the first time I heard him cry and say he felt alone and that he had no friends."

She could barely speak when recalling the details of the suicide note: "He said that he knew that morning was the last time he would get up and brush his teeth, eat breakfast, make his bed, those kind of things. And that he loved his family but the pain was so intense."

The 18-year-old took his own life on February 26 by jumping from a building. Witness statements included in the autopsy released Wednesday reveal that the fashion student was depressed “due to bad school grades and a visit from a former girlfriend.”

One of Michael’s best friend’s, Ruthann Clawson, told investigators on the scene Michael called her saying he was “feeling like s**t” but would be home soon. Later he texted her saying “I have a letter for you on my bed.” She ran downstairs and shortly after finding the suicide note, she heard sirens. Michael had plunged to his death from the eighth floor of his Downtown LA apartment building.

Ruthann told authorities that Michael was depressed and had confided in her that he had tried to hang himself three times. She said that Michael smoked cigarettes daily and was a social drinker, but didn’t use illegal drugs. The autopsy confirms there were no drugs in his system.

The final report is in from the autopsy of Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Bryan (Blosil), and RadarOnline.com has learned there were no drugs, at all, in his system.

The Los Angeles Coroner’s office has determined the cause of death was “multiple blunt trauma”. The coroner determined the manner of death as “suicide,” and confirmed that he died because he “jumped from height.”

Friends say the 18-year-old fashion student was on his cell phone, then he disappeared into another room and the next thing they knew-- Bryan had jumped from the eighth floor of his Downtown LA apartment building.
Bryan died on February 26. He was one of five children adopted by Marie; in all she had 8 children.

At his funeral, his sister Rachel Blosil said “He was a man of his word. He wasn't a talker, he was a doer. He was reliable.” She added, "He knew my hopes, he knew my dreams, my secrets, things that nobody knows. He was my best friend.”

Marie Osmond is leaning heavily on former husband Steve Craig as she deals with the aftermath of the tragic suicide of her son Michael Blosil.
Sources tell RadarOnline.com that former basketball player Craig is helping Marie cope with the loss of her 18-year-old son, who jumped from a Los Angeles apartment building on February 26.
Blosil, who suffered from depression and drug addiction, had been in and out of rehab over the years and his mother had been trying to help him beat his demons.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Marie and Steve actually started seeing one another a while ago but the tragedy has brought them closer.
“Her Las Vegas assistant helped her reconnect with Steve as her husband was friendly with him and he always held a special place in her heart.

“Marie always said that they were too young when they got married the first time around and they have been seen at various events around Las Vegas including when she was recently honored at the Nevada Ballet Theatre Women of the Year Dinner.

The singer has been single since divorcing record producer Brian Blosil in 2007 after almost 20 years of marriage.

Marie fell into a deep depression when her second union fell apart and she has credited her brother Jimmy Osmond with “saving her life.”
But she has now found renewed happiness with Craig, who she divorced in 1985 after three years as husband and wife.

The couple’s marriage produced one child, Stephen James Craig, who was born on April 20, 1983 and was later adopted by Osmond's second husband.

Michael, who was the middle child amongst Marie Osmond's eight children (and one of the five adopted children), died on February 26 after taking his own life in downtown Los Angeles.

The document says the cause of death is deferred. However, the place of death is listed as "sidewalk" and it states that the matter of death is "pending investigation."
Michael was a student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and lived in college housing in downtown Los Angeles.

Moments after Marie Osmond’s son Michael Bryan ( also known as Michael Blosil) jumped to his death from the eighth floor of a Los Angeles apartment building on February 26th, a distraught woman called 911 to report the horrifying incident.
Now, RadarOnline.com has obtained the audio tape of that call to emergency personnel. The distressed caller tells the 911 operator her location, then says she "saw someone come down on the street.
"I don't know if they fell or they jumped,” the caller said, “I don't know ... I saw them flying from the roof."

"He's on the floor ... they're not moving ... oh my God," the caller, who was on the seventh floor -- one level above Bryan's -- said.
The caller then goes downstairs to see if Bryan is breathing and reports that there are onlookers near Bryan’s body. A second later, nearby security officers shoo her off.

“They said that he’s dead,” the woman says, sobbing, noting that more authorities had arrived at the scene.
Bryan's funeral was held Monday in a Mormon chapel in Provo, Utah.

UPDATE: As of 12:45pm EST, people are beginning to arrive at the funeral for Michael Bryan. Services are being held at Oak Hills LDS Stake Center Chapel in Provo, Utah. It is the same chapel where services were held for Marie’s mother and father.
