Though he recently pled not guilty and was set to begin trial on January 12, Michael Barrett- the man accused of filming a naked Erin Andrews in a series of hotels- entered a plea bargain. RadarOnline.com has the exclusive twenty-four page document detailing the agreement with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.

The papers detail how Barrett tracked the ESPN correspondent for months across multiple states (one time even calling eleven different hotels to find her) and how he videotaped her inside her hotel room without her knowledge by removing her door’s peephole.

In some cases, he was even able to procure the room adjoining Andrews’.

According to the papers, the maximum fine Barrett could face is up to five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000. He will have to pay full restitution to Andrews- an amount which was not defined in the papers.  He is also subject to a three-year protective order barring him form contacting or coming within 100 yards of Andrews and her family.

There is a small silver lining for Barrett.  According to the Associated Press, Assistant U.S. Attorney Wesley Hsu said that as long as Barett accepts his responsibility for his actions, shows remorse and stays out of trouble, prosecutors will recommend a sentence of 27 months in prison.

Michael Barrett, the man accused of secretly filming a naked Erin Andrews at a series of hotels, pled not guilty to one count of interstate stalking Monday in federal court.

Barrett remains free after posting a bond of $100,000 on Friday. Andrews' attorney called Barrett's alleged behavior calculated, cunning and secretive and said he posed a threat to the public.
