Mel Gibson is poised to double his custody of the baby daughter at the center of his bitter court battle with ex-lover Oksana Grigorieva within months, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered Mel and Oksana to share visitation of little Lucia, adhering to the aborted $20 million peace deal struck in May.

As part of that agreement, Mel’s custodial rights of Lucia, totaling 20 percent, were set to increase steeply to 40 percent once Lucia turns one-year-old, on October 30.

Mel Gibson has hired private investigators who have visited key witnesses in an attempt to discredit his former love Oksana Grigorieva, who's now accusing him of battering her, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In a bombshell twist in the scandal, multiple sources have confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Mel’s camp had two private investigators visit at least two star witnesses, who are poised to provide evidence against the Oscar-winning actor/director about the January 6 brawl.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva's attorneys are back in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday morning in front of Judge Scott Gordon, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have both threatened to sue each other as the war between the former couple rages.

Only RadarOnline.com has the details from behind the scenes and we’ve learned exclusively that as the couple’s weekend mediation session broke down in May, each side threatened to file lawsuits within days if an agreement wasn’t reached.

What happened during that mediation session is being examined by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department as part of their investigation, a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Oksana Grigorieva wanted Mel Gibson to undergo psychological testing and treatment, and that demand was a key reason why her arbitration agreement with Gibson blew up, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Oksana walked away from a deal that was worth approximately $20 million as a two-day arbitration session in May fell apart.

Now, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Oksana demanded Mel undergo medical and psychological testing to make sure he would not be a danger to their baby daughter Lucia.

Oksana Grigorieva is featured in her Beautiful Heartache music video having knives thrown at her and playing a piano that suddenly bursts into flames.

RadarOnline.com has learned that not only did her baby daddy Mel Gibson pay for the production of the video, but he directed it and had a hand in the lyrics – which bear an eerie similarity to the side of him revealed during the infamous audio tapes.

The video was released more than a year ago and was distributed by Gibson’s company Icon Records. At one point Grigorieva is seen in a blonde wig, pinned up against a wall while her male co-star throws knives at her head.

“Yes, I would do anything…commit any crime…if I could spend the night with you,” Grigorieva sings.

“There is no chance I wouldn’t take, no rule I wouldn’t break… There are no lies I wouldn’t tell, no possessions I wouldn’t sell. No chains I wouldn’t wear, no cross I wouldn’t bear.”

Later in the video Grigorieva is playing the piano and it suddenly bursts into flames. In the fourth audio tape released by RadarOnline.com, Gibson is heard telling Grigorieva: “I’ll burn the goddamn house up, but blow me first!”

Another song on Grigorieva’s album may have been a cry for help. In her song Evening With Daddy she sings:

“I wish I wasn’t spending the evening with Daddy, and I don’t have a penny to call my own. I wish I wasn’t spending the evening with Daddy, but he’s good to the ladies who’s on his arm. I wish I was somewhere in Russia at the feet of my mother, safe from harm.”

A furious Mel Gibson said,  “I want Jew blood on my hands,” his girlfriend of three years, Oksana Grigorieva, told authorities who are investigating the actor for domestic abuse, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

It’s a fresh example of the hate-filled speech that has helped make the actor infamous.

The anti-Semitic slur was allegedly made by Mel in reference to a high-profile Hollywood figure who is Jewish and who Mel believed had “publicly humiliated” him.

A text message from Mel Gibson to Oksana Grigorieva in which he admitted, "Oksana, I wasn't safe for you last night," is a key part of the explosive domestic violence investigation into their January 6 bust-up, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The Lethal Weapon star sent the text the day after he allegedly punched Oksana twice in the head, and tried to choke her while she was holding their baby Lucia, who was two months old at the time.
