In a story hotter than the franchise's coffee, the mystery continues over a Maryland McDonald's worker who claims she won a third of Friday's Mega Millions grand prize -- $218 million in installments, or a lump sum of $105 million -- as  she refused to show the ticket to a reporter Monday.

A Maryland McDonald’s worker named Mirlande Wilson, who claims to have won a third of Friday’s Mega Millions grand prize (a lump sum of $105 million), is swirling at the center of controversy Monday, after her co-workers are claiming she’s trying to claim the prize solo with tickets they all pitched in for.

The holders of three very lucky Mega Millions tickets will share the $640 million jackpot, lottery officials have revealed.

In the last hours before the drawing, sales were so explosive, the jackpot went from the initial estimate of $500 million to the final $640 million.

Tickets with the winning numbers were sold in  Illinois, Kansas and Maryland.

With the Mega Millions lottery jackpot at an estimated $640 million, wanna-be winners should be warned that with all that money they could end up bankrupt, or even worse, murdered for their new found fortune, as RadarOnline.com has discovered.

Holly Lahti -- the Idaho mom who recently won half of a staggering $380 Mega Million lottery jackpot -- will not be taking her estranged, bad-boy husband Joshua back, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Meanwhile, a source close to the 29-year-old former bank clerk also tells us that Holly has fled her home in chilly Rathdrum, Idaho for a sunny vacation while she decides how to accept her massive cash windfall -- in a lump sum or in payments over 25-years.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Holly has taken her two daughters on vacation to a much warmer place than Idaho until she figures out what to do with all that money.

Holly Lahti, the 29-year-old mother of two who won half of a $380 Mega Million lottery jackpot, has an arrest record and her husband, Joshua Lahti has been arrested more than 15 times, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Both were arrested on January 6, 2003 for committing battery and their mug shots - obtained by RadarOnline.com - show Holly with a deep bruise under her left eye.

Joshua was also cited for violating a no contact order.
