Matthew Schaefer is ripping mad. The model has sued four Beverly Hills doctors -- including Surgeon To The Stars Arnold Klein -- for using his likeness in an ad on the back page of a gay magazine, In Los Angeles.

Not only does the ad appear on a publication which, according to the suit, "casts a false light on the plaintiff's sexual orientation," Schaefer insists he never had the surgery the docs say he underwent.

He also says he never gave permission for his likeness to be used.
