Britney Spears celebrated her engagement to Jason Trawick – as well as her swerving curves – in Sin City! The celebrated pop star rocked a nude hued Herve Leger bandage dress with gold Fendi heels and her brand new blinging Neil Lane engagement ring. Congrats, Brit Brit!

Nothing Compares 2 Sinead O’Connor’s style slip-ups!  The newly married singer hit the town in Dublin, finishing off her head-to-toes skintight leather look with a Rastafarian belt!

As for wacky, Jessie J upped the ante at the VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul, wearing a totally sheer and elaborately embellished Falguni & Shane gown. Jennifer Hudson also committed a crime of fashion at the event, wearing a more trashy than classy look from Francesco Scognamiglio.

From the swankiest red carpet events, movie premieres and Halloween parties to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst and wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details in our weekly feature!

It was hard to pick a wardrobe winner this week, as all of our favorite big screen bombshells were dressed to thrill.

Though the top contenders included Blake Lively in Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Louboutin heels at the fabulous footwear designer’s Barney’s New York book party in NYC and Kristen Stewart in Marios Schwab and Brian Atwood heels at her Grauman’s Chinese Theatre hand and footprint ceremony, Naomi Watts scored the top slot by a sliver – and here’s why – we haven’t see her looking so sexy in years! The hot mama showed some skin at the AFI Festival Opening Night Gala Premiere of J. Edgar, upping the wattage to the max by flaunting her assets in a startlingly low cut and slitty Stella McCartney gown.

Serena Williams didn’t score the matchpoint a la mode at the Keep A Child Alive Ball in NYC. The tennis pro looked choked up in an Azzedine Alaia dress, pairing the crochet number with a Giuseppe Zanotti harness belt.

As for wacky, Heidi Klum managed to create the most far-out Halloween costumes of the year! The unofficial queen of the annual holiday hit her first bash in Sin City (on a stretcher) painted up like a skinned corpse, following it up in NYC on Monday night, dressed to the nines like a monkey!
