Mel Gibson is expected to be in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday in connection with his ongoing custody dispute with ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, mother of his daughter, Lucia.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mel and Oksana reached a custody agreement last Friday, and it's expected to formally be signed off on by the judge.

"I expect Mr. Gibson to be in court," Mary Hearn, Public Information Officer for the Los Angeles County Court told RadarOnline.com.
