Dancing With The Stars contestant and ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews says she is not going to "stop living her life", despite receiving death threats.

"I have a dance on Monday and I don't want to let Maks (Chmerkovskiy) down, I don't want to let my family down, and I don't want to let myself down," Andrews tells People Magazine, following haunting revelations she is the target of a madman.

Andrews will still perform the waltz with Chmerkovskiy on the hit ABC series this week.

Andrews, who previously was the victim of a man videotaping her through a peephole in several hotel rooms, said she had found the time on the dance floor therapeutic.

The FBI is investigating the death threats, which were sent to a radio station via e-mail.

Dancing With The Stars' Erin Andrews has received death threats, and the FBI knows who’s sending them, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Erin’s attorney Marshall Grossman told RadarOnline.com that the threats came via email. “We learned about these emails the day before yesterday.”

And he says the ESPN host is trying to continue to live her life as normally as possible, “Erin has very good security and protection,” he says, “and she’s making every effort to move forward but it is of course difficult to do so.”

Marshall says authorities have been able to trace the emails and they know who sent them, “The FBI is on the case.”

This new development come after Andrews was the victim of a man videotaping her through a peephole in several hotel rooms. Michael David Barrett was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Andrews, who was named "sexiest sportscaster" in both 2008 and 2009 by Playboy magazine, said she joined the ABC TV show because “I wanted to have a change of pace, make myself smile, do something different... It was time for that."

It’s the divorce that has Hollywood and sports circles alike buzzing, and up till now, the question has been, is there a pre-nup between LA Dodgers owners Frank and Jamie McCourt?

Now RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that there is NOT a pre-nup and that the already messy and expensive divorce proceedings are about to get all the more so.

Sources close to the couple tell RadarOnline.com exclusively  that the two, who met as college sweethearts and have been married for more than 30 years, and have four grown children together, did not have a pre-nup.

California law appears to be on Jamie's side as the golden state is community property 50/50, and that would include the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Frank McCourt has asserted through his lawyer, Marshall Grossman, that he is the sole owner of the team, while Jamie's attorney, Dennis Wasser, says that simply isn't so.

Thursday, Frank McCourt fired his estranged wife from her role as CEO of the Dodgers organization.

Wasser tells RadarOnline.com, "Jamie is disappointed and saddened by her termination. As co-owner of the Dodgers, she will address this and all other issues in the courtroom."

Last week, Marshall Grossman told the L.A. Times, "Frank McCourt is the owner of the team. He has always been the owner of the team. There should be no change at all with respect to anything the public is used to."

Forbes estimated the value of the Dodgers at around $727 million dollars, and the couple also own four homes. Two are in the swanky Holmby Hills enclave, and the other two are in Malibu.
