Prince William and Kate are helping to celebrate Canada Day by swearing in new Canadian citizens and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

The royal newlyweds, officially known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are taking part in Friday's ceremony on Parliament Hill in the country's capital, Ottawa.

As a  female  impersonator performed Lady Gaga’s mega-hit Born This Way at a drag show at Kentucky bar Connections Saturday night, everyone got a huge shock when the real Lady Gaga walked out to make it a duet,  and RadarOnline.com has the clip.

The 24-year-old trendsetter, who had a concert in Louisville earlier in the evening, thrilled the audience with her unexpected cameo. She jumped in with the people following the well-received performance.

The New Yorker is known for surprising her fans --  who she refers to as “Little Monsters” -- at any given turn: Earlier this month, the Bad Romance singer invited 10-year-old YouTube sensation Maria Aragon onstage during her concert in Toronto to do a piano duet of Born This Way.

A torrential down pour in Toronto didn't stop a scantily-clad Lady Gaga from stopping to sign autographs for fans as she dashed out of her hotel on Friday, and RadarOnline.com has photos of their damp meeting.

The scandalous singer was dressed in sheer fishnet tights, a leather bra and dark glasses as she posed for photos with her adoring little monsters north of the border.

With her hair in a super long platinum pony tail and bizarre black bangs, the 24-year-old star didn't seem to mind the weather despite having to be covered by a coat held by an assistant.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Gaga delighted young fan and YouTube singing sensation Maria Aragon by inviting the 10-year-old on stage to perform a piano duet of Born This Way during her Toronto show on Thursday.

Gaga delivered a goosebump-inducing duet with Maria, cementing the Poker Face singer's reputation as one of the most beloved and fan-friendly entertainers in the world.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, the 24-year-old singer surprised Aragon on a radio show last month, promising the young girl she could get up on stage and sing with her during her stop in the Canadian city.

Lady Gaga arrived via private jet to our friendly neighbors in the north on Thursday and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

Despite the freezing temperatures and snow banks lining the runway, Gaga arrived in Toronto sporting thin purple stockings, a sideless leather vest and insanely high black boots to match her new black bangs.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, the 24-year-old singer surprised one of her biggest Canadian fans, 10-year-old Maria Aragon on a radio show last month and promised the young girl she could get up on stage and sing with her during tonight’s concert.

The dream-come-true moment for 10-year-old Maria happened Friday during an interview with Billie of the Breakfast Show on Toronto's Virgin Radio 99.9.

Billie and Maria were chatting about the overwhelming response's Aragon's rendition of Born This Way has had on the Internet -- more than 1.5 million hits so far -- when the radio host told the little girl she had a surprise for her.

It was Lady Gaga calling in on another line!

Gaga told Maria that when she first saw Maria's Born This Way video, "I was so overjoyed that I began to cry. I was so happy.

"This industry is very difficult for women sometime and they want to tear us down and tear us apart and I worked on Born This Way for so long and I knew that the world would rip it to shreds when it came out but when I saw you so young and so beautiful singing those words so purely it reminded me why I wrote this song in the first place and it reminded me why I make music so thank you so much for making my day better and thank you so much for reminding me of why I do what I do and never give up on your dreams Maria," Gaga said.

The little girl began to cry and Gaga pulled her back, saying, "Do you have anything you want to ask me darling?"

She did!  "Where do you get your outfits?"  Gaga laughed and explained they are made by a group of close friends she calls the House of Gaga.

Billie then told Lady G her radio station is flying Maria from her hometown of Winnipeg to Toronto to see Gaga's concert there in March and the singer had one more surprise for her biggest fan.

"Maybe you’ll just have to come on stage with me and sing that song what do you think?" Gaga asked.
