Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino sat down with the Today Show Tuesday to promote his new book, and the MTV star dished on everything from his brother Marc's legal woes to the examples set by Jersey Shore, and his own references to unattractive women as "grenades."

Asked about the accusations levied against his brother Marc (a Manhattan woman claimed he assaulted and abducted her), The Sitch didn't go in-depth, but did say he's "pretty sure this is 100 percent false."

Kathryn Redino, the woman allegedly assaulted and attacked by Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino’s brother Marc, is planning on pursuing charges related to the incident, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. But we’ve also learned that there are charges pending against her.

“It might be a he said/she said [situation], but she wants to pursue with charges at this point because she was assaulted, scared and took against her will,” her dad Richard told RadarOnline.com.

Marc’s attorney Ray Raya told RadarOnline.com that a criminal complaint for filing a false report against Marc has been issued by the Howell Township (N.J.) Municipal Court.

Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino now has a real situation on his hands: a woman has filed a criminal complaint alleging that his brother held her against her will in a limo while the Jersey Shore star and other men were present..

Kathryn Redino, 24, claims Marc held broken glass  to her neck and wouldn’t allow her to leave a limo. Redino has spent the past several hours at an apartment with Marc and his friends.

According to Redino, she called 911 on October 20 to report that Marc attacked her inside a limousine. But RadarOnline.com learned that when she first went to police in New Jersey to file a criminal complaint, they investigated and did not file charges. Two days later she filed criminal charges on her own in New Jersey. She has now filed a complaint with New York police.

Police say they are planning to question Marc about the alleged incident but has yet to charge him.

On Thursday, Will Castro from the Spike TV show Unique Autosports met with Mike and his brother Marc Sorrentino, CEO of MPS Entertainment, to go over all the details of what the brothers wanted done to their new cars. “We are going to give them some amazing features including a complete JL Audio system for sounds, Strut grill, Pirelli Tires, & all the custom accessories” said Castro.  “The Situation’s  decision to come to Unique Autosports was easy since he knew we’ve done whips for other celebs including Diddy, Lebron James and Pamela  Anderson.”

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is doing the foxtrot from the Jersey Shore boardwalk to the floor of Dancing With The Stars, and his father thinks he is going all the way!

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Mike's dad, Frank "The Senior Situation" Sorrentino, reveals the secret behind his son's best moves: karate.

"After the first round, he'll be the one to beat," predicted Frank.

"He's not a great dancer, but he's a great learner and a fierce competitor. Once Michael puts his mind to something there's no stopping him."

Frank shared never-before-seen childhood photos of Mike when he competed on the Metro Stars Junior National Karate team and tells RadarOnline.com that he and his older brother Marc were known as the "Double Trouble Team."

"Michael has great flexibility," Frank said. "He'll be able to jump over her [Karina Smirnoff's] head!"

Mike had the support of his father during his karate days and Frank says he'll be cheering him on while he competes on Dancing With The Stars as well.

"I will definitely be attending DWTS," Frank told RadarOnline.com. "It's my favorite show, and I can't wait to go."
