Kevin James and his wife Steffiana hosted the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Day of Fun at the Santa Monica Pier on Sunday, where stars showed up in causally chic, and not-so- chic threads. Mischa Barton has improved her style slightly, but the ex-OC star still has a while to go before her style transformation is complete. The newly blonde actress went for an over-the-top, hipster look, wearing a flower garland headband, with a flowery blouse.
