Jessica Simpson put all the talk of her being overweight or even pregnant aside, and got her glam on as she launched her ready-to-wear collection with fiancé Eric Johnson at her side.

Wearing a lose fitting sequined top and short black skirt Simpson showed off her perfect pins for the in-store appearance at Macy's in San Francisco Saturday.

Simpson's fashion, accessories and shoe lines have been astronomically successful. Forbes magazine estimated that products under Simpson's name pulled in nearly a billion dollars last year.

But the business mogul still knows how to work her fans. Jessica met with hundreds of her supporters at the event, and maybe even hinted she has babies on the brain as she cuddled up with one woman's adorable little girl.

Simpson and Johnson got engaged more than 10 months ago but have never publicly revealed a planned wedding date.

They did just return from a Mexican getaway, however, and looked happily in love.

Stone paid tribute to the legendary Dame Elizabeth Taylor Saturday night at Macy’s Passport  Glamorama 2011  at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown L.A.  -- both on the red carpet and on stage -- by remarking how “odd” it was that she wasn’t there.

The 29th annual event  -- a star-studded affair to raise money for AIDS charities  -- kicked off with Stone paying homage to the late Taylor, who worked with Macys for a quarter of a century in the fight against the disease. (Taylor passed away in March of this year).

“I’m very honored to be here tonight.. I feel privileged because I knew Elizabeth Taylor,”  Stone said.

Despite the inclement weather in New York City, hundreds of thousands of people mixed it with celebrities at the 84th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Parade -- and RadarOnline.com has all the photos from the event.

Newly-engaged Jessica Simpson was on hand for the festivities.

She was dressed from head to toe --wearing a warm and cozy pink overcoat, gray boots and even brought a cute pair of earmuffs to keep her little ears from freezing.

She even sang her newest single, "My Only Wish."

Kylie Minogue also was spotted dwearing a fur and plaid concoction.

Simpson and ex-football player Eric Johnson have been dating since May and have taken their love around the globe – even celebrating her birthday together in romantic Italy.

Now they're planning on spending Thanksgiving together in New York. "We're all gonna be in New York," she told People. "I'm gonna be on a [Macy's parade] float. It's not always the best way to spend a Thanksgiving, but it's a great way to celebrate. So, maybe I'll just have all families on the float."

Jessica's highly successful shoe line is sold at Macy's and she's featured in the department store's TV ads.

The singer can use some time off. Simpson has been busy performing songs from her upcoming Christmas album for a PBS special to air Thanksgiving as well.

"He's the one for me right now! I'm very happy, I'm in a great place and if right now could last forever, I'd take it," she says.
