Celebrity Rehab 4's reunion show aired live on VH1 Wednesday night, and the Dr.Drew-hosted special was punctuated by an uplifting series of special appearances from some of the show's past participants.
Model/actress Amber Smith, One Day At A Time star Mackenzie Phillips, model Lisa D'Amato and American Idol alum Jessica Sierra were among the returning competitors, who Dr. Drew accurately said "looked fantastic tonight."
Phillips encouraged this season’s cast to continue on their roads to recovery, as she said that "when we get well, our families get well."

Mackenzie Phillips showed off her new look Wednesday on Good Morning America, and the ex-One Day at a Time actress did not hold back as usual, talking about her recent surgical makeover, the backlash she received after her incest revelation last year and her sister Chynna's recent woes.
RadarOnline.com has the clip of Phillips -- sporting $50,000 of Botox, Restylane, laser treatments, dental upgrades and hair extensions -- saying she has "no desire to erase anything" and that she's "really happy."
Phillips, 50, also touched on the controversial confession she made in her 2009 book, High on Arrival, that her father John Phillips molested her at 18.

Chynna Phillips is out of rehab after a two-week stay for treatment of "anxiety," her rep confirmed Saturday.

"After successfully completing her in-patient treatment for anxiety, Chynna Phillips has happily returned home to celebrate her daughter's birthday with her family and close friends," the rep said in a statement.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Chynna was devastated by her half-sister Mackenzie Phillips' revelation that she had an incestuous relationship with their late father, John Phillips.
Chynna is married to Billy Baldwin. They have three children.

“I think maybe she’s reaching out for a solution to a problem that did or didn’t happen,” the former Monkee’s frontman told RadarOnline.com during the Macys and American Express Passport AIDS fundraiser in Los Angeles on Thursday. “If she said it did [happen], I believe it did.”
John’s ex-wives call Mackenzie a liar
“You can’t not not believe that this is something that happened,” Jones added. “It might have been drug induced. She might have been in a different place at the time. She had heroin inside her, she had coke inside her and who knows what that does.”
Since revealing shocking news on the Oprah Winfrey show last week, Mackenzie has drawn both support and criticism from family and friends as to the veracity of her claims.
Mackenzie drops her bombshell news
“I have every reason to believe it’s untrue,” Mackenzie’s stepmother, former Mama’s & Papa’s member, Michelle Phillips said during a recent interview.
“Oprah should be more judicious about who she has on her show.”
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, The Mama’s & Papa’s Cass Elliot’s daughter, Owen Elliot defended Mackenzie’s allegations. “Mackenzie is my best friend and I know that she would never make up a story like this. I don’t know anyone who would make up a story like this. I absolutely back her up 100 percent.”
As for why Mackenzie chose to reveal the allegations in such a public way, Davy Jones explained: “Burt Reynolds just came out of rehab. We’ve got all of these characters going into rehab to kick booze or drugs or whatever. Maybe this is her rehab.”

Lisa D'Amato, a one-time America's Next Top Model hopeful who struck up a friendship with Mackenzie Phillips on VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab 3, told The Early Show Friday she believes Phillips' claims she was molested by her late father, Mamas And The Papas front-man John Phillips.
"She's very, very happy because she feels a weight has been lifted off," D'Amato said. "She feels she can finally continue her life, and prosper in her adult life."
