Private Practice beauty Kate Walsh has decided to cut her losses by putting the Los Angeles home she shared with ex-husband Alex Young up for sale.

Walsh – who infamously decided to flip a coin with Young to determine their property assets during their bitter divorce – wants $3.995 million for the five bedroom, six bath Spanish-style mansion in hip neighborhood Loz Feliz.

Walsh and Young paid $4.75 million for the property back in July 2007 which means the actress will take a bit of a financial hit. She has already been forced to pay the studio executive $627,000 and has to give him half of her earnings during the short period of their time they together.
Built in 1928, the property measures 5,810 square feet and boasts a gym, a pool with a spa, an adjacent pool house, an outdoor fireplace and a dining area for those balmy summer nights.

The home also has French doors throughout, original fire places and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Superstar Brad Pitt has expanded his Loz Feliz estate by splashing out $1.1 million on a home that his sprawling compound neighbors.

The property was first listed in 2008 for $2 million before being reduced to $1.495 million. The savvy star knocked an additional $400,000 off of the asking price and bought the home from the estate of the late Anne Tyler Sherman through his Mondo Bongo Trust. Pitt sealed the deal in August.
