She just happens to be Matt LeBlanc's real-life girlfriend, reports Us magazine.  And she does double duty with LeBlanc, also playing his girlfriend on his new Showtime series, Episodes.

LeBlanc and Anders have been dating five years. They met when she was hired to play his girlfriend -- we're sensing a pattern here -- on his Friends spin-off series, Joey.
