The new restaurant, Ketchup, on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, looks like a classy diner, but serves upscale comfort food about as far away from a 50’s diner as you can get. Take the lowly hot dog. At Ketchup, the standard hot dog is made of Kobe beef; the macaroni and cheese ($8)  is lightly sprinkled with white truffles and generous chunks of Dungeness grab, and Shake-n-Bake chicken consists of pistachio-crusted chicken breast, raspberry-Dijon sauce, garlic mash, and sautéed baby vegetables . ($15.00)
