Amanda Bynes will be charged for failure to take a chemical test following her DUI arrest last month after allegedly hitting a police car in West Hollywood, Calif., RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As previously reported, Bynes was arrested on April 6, just days after she turned 26. According to a previously released statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department: "A Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy in a marked black and white radio car was stopped at the intersection of N/B Robertson Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard preparing to turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard. When a black BMW driven by actress Amanda Bynes attempted to pass to the right of the radio car, colliding with the right rear quarter panel of the radio car. Amanda Bynes was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and booked at West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station."

That 70's Show star Lisa Robin Kelly was arrested on Saturday on felony charges of corporal injury upon a spouse, and RadarOnline.com has obtained her disheveled mug shot.

The 42-year-old who played Topher Grace's older sister on the hit show was booked with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at 1:59 p.m. on March 31.

Four people were arrested on Friday after they were caught breaking into the home of world champion boxer Manny Pacquiao.

The boxer was training for a fight in his native Philippines when detectives from the Los Angeles Country Sheriff's Department, who happened to be driving by, saw the crime in progress.

A security guard on duty at the house was on his lunch break when the incident occurred.

"Manny is happy that nothing was stolen," said the boxer's attorney Franklin Gacal.

Manny, who is also a singer and popular personality for commercial endorsements, is set to return to the U.S to fight Juan Manuel Marquez of Mexico.  That fight will take place November 12 in Las Vegas.

As Halle and boyfriend Olivier Martinez were leaving Mirablle restaurant in West Hollywood Friday, the actor got into at least a verbal confrontation with a pap he apparently thought was getting too close.  Alleging that Martinez then tried to run him down with his car, the shooter called the cops.

The responding officers from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, West Hollywood Station talked to both men but decided no crime had been committed.

The photographer, who was "surrounding Mr. Martinez' car as he was backing up in the Mirabelle restaurant parking lot, alleged that Mr. Martinez attempted to hit him,"  LASD Sgt. Ruda tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"The paparazzo jumped out of the way of the vehicle and was not injured. No one was hit. No one went to jail. At the time of the incident, Ms. Berry was inside the restaurant. Everything is OK."
