The Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have another adult present during his custodial time with their three-year-old daughter, Nahla, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the warring couple’s nanny claimed that two weeks ago she was physically assaulted by Aubry, while holding Nahla — an allegation the Canadian born model vehemently denies.
