EXCLUSIVE: Jesse James' Ex-Wife's Mom: 'No Need For A Showdown Over Sunny'

Janine Lindemulder’s mom Jonlyn Jeter has told RadarOnline.com that there was 'no need' for Jesse James to taker her daughter back into court today.
Commissioner Thomas Schulte threw-out a bid by the bad boy biker at Orange County Family Court Friday to prevent the former porn-star from seeing their seven-year-old daughter Sunny James.
Sandra Bullock’s estranged husband was refusing to hand over Sunny to see her mom after Commissioner Schulte ruled that she was entitled to visits on Tuesday.

The Commissioner did not believe James’ claim that his ex-wife was abusing prescription drugs although he was not cited in contempt of court as requested by Lindemulder.

Her mom Jonlyn Jeter said: “Janine is pleased, there was no need to go to court today, my daughter is clean.
“I’m happy for her as she will get to see Sunny.”
Lindemulder has claimed that she is clean and passed all her recent drugs tests while she was being held in an Oregon prison recently for tax evasion.
She has vowed to undergo any kind of drugs test requested by James and even called time on her relationship with current husband Jeremy Aikman so that she could fight to regain 50-50 custody rights over Sunny.

On Tuesday the court appointed attorney Loni Klein raised concerns that Lindemulder may have been abusing prescription drugs since she was released from prison recently for tax evasion.

These claims were refuted by Lindemulder’s attorney Richard Masson who also claimed that his client was clean and had passed all her recent drugs tests.
A court official confirmed to RadarOnline.com that James’ motion was thrown-out by Commissioner Schulte today – the two parties are due back in court on July 12, 2010.

Janine Lindemulder and Jesse James’ battle over their daughter Sunny continued in court on Tuesday in Orange County, California. RadarOnline.com has learned that Janine will be allowed additional visits with Sunny.

After a session in closed chambers, Commissioner Thomas Schulte decided Janine would get interim visits until the next court hearing on July 12. He declined to say whether those would be monitored or not. However, when she left the court, Janine told RadarOnline.com that she was “happy” with the decision.
Lindemulder and James were at odds over the terms of her visits with Sunny. Janine wanted them to be unsupervised while Jesse preferred that the visits be monitored.

Earlier in the proceedings in open court, Loni Klein, the court-appointed attorney, sided with James. “I would recommend supervised visits and I have concerns over potential prescription drug-abuse,“ she said in court on Tuesday. Lindemulder’s attorney Richard Masson countered the drug-abuse claim saying Janine is ““clean and has passed all her drug tests.”

Klein also hinted that Janine was exploiting Sunny since paparazzi followed the little girl to her past weekend visit with Janine. Masson said the paparazzi simply followed Sunny from James’ home.
