Patrick Swayze has been cremated and his wife Lisa is moving ahead with plans to scatter his remains on his New Mexico ranch, a story RadarOnline.com first Wednesday

As per the death certificate Swayze's remains are being stored at his lawyers office until plans can be made to transport his remains.

Patrick Swayze recently spent a week in the hospital, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The brave actor, battling pancreatic cancer, has returned home.
He has been splitting time between his Los Angeles-area home and his New Mexico ranch.
With strong support from his wife Lisa, his brother and other friends and relatives he has survived numerous setbacks.
Swayze has been using medical marijuana to easy the pain of his condition. He has looked healthier in photographs taken within the past month but is still in a lot of pain.
The National Enquirer reports in its new issue that Swayze was hospitalized because of intestinal bleeding.
