We are one of those lazy (though we prefer to say “multi-tasking”) gals who apply lipstick once in the morning and that’s it. So for us, any kind of lip color that lasts is worth its weight in 24K gold. We tried the Cover Girl Outlast All Day Lipcolor. Loved it. It stays on all day, even after eating and drinking, but it does dry out the lips.
So when we were browsing the CVS Beauty 360 area and found the new Cover Girl Outlast Lipstains, we had to try them. Your intrepid Beauty tester found them easy to apply because of the pen-like applicator and the lightweight cover lasts almost all day. The best part? We can define our lips so it’s almost like a liner and a lipstick in one!
And since they’re water-based, they don’t dry out your lips like most lip stains. At $8.99, we could afford two.
