New Mob Wives star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that she’s obsessed with plastic surgery.

“I had a tummy tuck, liposuction, my lips injected and my breasts done three times,” Big Ang said. “The first time I had my breasts done was 27 years ago, and they put sponges in them. That was in 1985.”

The mother nicknamed "The Human Barbie” who has given her 7-year-old daughter thousands of dollars in vouchers for future plastic surgery has shocked an experienced psychotherapist so much that she exclaimed: “I want to smack this woman!”

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Dr. Nili Sachs, who has not treated the "Human Barbie," said: “I’m worried when I hear a mother encourage future body alterations.” 

Dr. Sachs also slammed the “sexualization” of young kids. “We’re sending a message that we need to look sexy and the alteration of the body is not to be healthier, it is to be sexier. That is not normal.”

A man impersonating a cosmetic surgeon was arrested yesterday after allegedly performing liposuction on a woman before flushing her fat down the toilet.

Carlos Guzmangarza, 49, is accused of posing as a cosmetic surgeon at the Derma Clinic in San Francisco and allegedly carried out the operation with no medical license and while smoking a cigar!

The District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Stephanie Ong Stillman said that the Daly City woman contacted Guzmangarza last year, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
