Just hours after Lindsay Lohan was released from Los Angeles' UCLA Medical Center, where she was undergoing rehab, the Mean Girls star received visits from an assistant, and her on-again/off-again lover Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay Lohan has been released from her court-ordered rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, the facility the troubled starlet has called home since beginning her treatment there August 2, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Lohan, 24, was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.

But on day 22 of the treatment program, Lohan signed her discharge papers as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed.

The move paved the way for her sudden and shock exit from the center.

And in attempt to keep her release secret and avoid a media frenzy, a decoy was established to secretly spring the Mean Girls actress from the facility.

"Lindsay has been spending a tremendous amount of time drawing designs of handbags for her fashion label ... [she] has been so focused on her drawings and sketches, that at times, the staff has to tell her to get up and walk around," the source said.

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina sat down with The Today Show's Matt Lauer Friday for a no-holds-barred interview in which she criticized the judge that sent her daughter to jail, and said Lindsay will be out of rehab "soon", despite being sentenced to 90 days in treatment.

Dina, 47, made no secret of her contempt for Los Angeles Judge Marsha Revel, who sentenced Lindsay to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab this summer for violations connected to a 2007 DUI conviction.

A Los Angeles attorney hopes to speak with embattled actress Lindsay Lohan as part of her lawsuit challenging strip searches at the Mean Girls star's current digs, Lynwood, California's Century Regional Detention Facility, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Attorney Colleen Flynn filed a request Monday to depose Lohan to learn if she had to submit to a strip search, or cavity search, like her peers behind bars. If she did not, the attorney said, it would show that such searches are unnecessary in securing the CRDF.
